RK Designs were fantastic, from my initial sketch to a beautiful designed granny flat., They put up with all my questions and changes. They organised everything that was required to obtain CDC approval and then introduced me to some builders to get quotes. I can highly recommend them, a Great team.

I am in the construction industry, and have been working in a professional capacity with Rammi and the team for over 6 months, and for over 50 jobs. Not only is the service always fast and friendly, but their knowledge on all things CDC & DA is unparalleled. Every possible question is answered at the drop of a hat, and I'm always confident that the plans they draw are compliant with all regulations. I have never had any issues with council or private certifiers when when using RK Designs plans, and most importantly our builders find their plans easy to read and without error.

Having been a property developer in the industry for over 10 years, I can say with confidence that Rammi and his team are professional from the outset, they come up with great designs and always offer solutions. Rammi himself will bend over backwards to help you out in anyway he can.

I have been using Rammi for years now and would never use anyone else. Rammi is extremely well priced and proud of his work.

He will take care of the whole process, from the start of your design to your DA Approval. He has many contracts, engineers, certifiers etc which makes his service streamlined and extremely quick.
